AVH Achieves Highest Possible Patient Satisfaction Ranking

Berlin, NH – Androscoggin Valley Hospital (AVH) is pleased to announce that it has ranked in the top percentile of all hospitals (more than 2,450) nationwide, surveyed by Press Ganey, in numerous areas including, but not limited to:

• Responsiveness of Hospital Staff
• Cleanliness of Hospital Environment
• Communication About Medicine – Telling the Patient What the Medicine Was For

The results, which reflect patient satisfaction performance within the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems, the result of a partnership between the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) and the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), are from the timeframe November 2021 – January 2022.
