Androscoggin Valley Hospital is proud to announce that Baileigh Hoyt, Senior Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Compliance and Risk Management, AVH Corporate Compliance Officer, and AVH Privacy Coordinator, has been named the 2025 AVH Employee of the Year.
Baileigh was nominated by multiple peers who highlighted her unwavering commitment to excellence, teamwork, and the AVH mission. Her colleagues describe her as someone who goes above and beyond every day—always willing to step in and help, never saying, “That’s not my job.” She is known for her strong communication skills, passion for her work, and dedication to supporting others.
As the lead for AVH’s policy process, Baileigh has shown exceptional ownership and attention to detail, working tirelessly to ensure every step runs smoothly and efficiently. Her positivity, professionalism, and collaborative spirit make her a role model for others, and she consistently exemplifies all of the AVH Values.
In recognition of her achievement, Baileigh received an Earned Time Day, a bouquet of flowers, a commemorative plaque, and her name will be added to both a perpetual plaque and the AVH Values Tree, displayed at the hospital’s main entrance.
