The AVH Auxiliary is very fortunate to be holding this year’s Golf Tournament Fundraiser at Androscoggin Valley Country Club (AVCC.) Earlier this year, our ability to conduct the Tournament at the Club was uncertain, given the devastating damage from extreme December flooding. We are proud of the members and volunteers of the AVCC who are working hard to repair damage. It’s our honor to be able to support the AVCC community.
The goal of the AVH Auxiliary Golf Tournament is to raise funds to support the services that Androscoggin Valley Hospital (AVH) provides to the communities we serve. This year, with your support, we aim to purchase many patient care items to benefit departments and the patients they serve. Departments receiving patient care equipment will include Sleep, Respiratory, Rehabilitation, Emergency, Orthopaedic, Intensive Care and Medical/Surgical.
At this year’s tournament, the top three teams will win cash prizes and all golfers will receive the following: complimentary AVH logo gift, golfer goodie bag, souvenir prize, continental breakfast, BBQ on-course, and entry to all contests except Team Skins ($20 per team) and “Hit the Green to Double Your Money / Vegas Hole” contests. Also featured will be a 50/50 raffle and tournament raffle drawing for which you may purchase tickets at the event or at AVH “coming soon”. Drawings will follow the tournament.
