The AVH Auxiliary is happy to announce the return of its annual Golf Tournament scheduled for Friday, September 17, 2021, at the Androscoggin Valley Country Club in Gorham. We invite businesses, organizations, and individuals to be a sponsor and/or prize donor of our four-golfer team, scramble Tournament. New this year is a Tee Sponsorship opportunity.
The goal of the Tournament is to raise funds to benefit Androscoggin Valley Hospital. This year, with your support, we hope to purchase a new Tono-Pen AVIA Handheld Tonometer for the Emergency Department, Stairway GTL for the Rehabilitation Department, Bio-Logic AuDX Pro Flex Tympanometer for the Audiology and Hearing Aids Clinic, GlideScope Go for the Intensive Care Unit, and a Mobile Healthcare Recliner for the Pain Management Clinic.
Top three teams will win cash prizes, and all golfers will receive a complimentary special AVH logo gift, golfer goodie bag, souvenir prize, continental breakfast, BBQ (on course and at club house), photo of their foursome, and entry to all contests except Team Skins and “Hit The Green to Double Your Money / Vegas Hole” contests. We’ll have a 50/50 Raffle and Tournament Raffle Drawing for which you may buy tickets. Drawings follow the Tournament.
The Tournament is limited to 144 golfers, so please register as soon as possible, as spots fill up quickly. Tournament donations are tax deductible.
