NCH (North Country Healthcare) Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator
Department: NCH (North Country Healathcare) Administration
Reports to: NCH Chief Executive Officer
Work Site: Littleton Home Health & Hospice Agency
Primary duties: Provides high-level administrative support to the CEO and the Board of Trustees by conducting research, preparing reports, monitoring budget compliance, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions. Ensures that the business development, operational, and office management functions for the system are carried out effectively and efficiently. Exercises independent judgment in support of the mission, vision, and strategic goals of the organization.
Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree in healthcare-related field preferred. Minimum of five years relevant experience with progressive responsibility required, and ten years preferred. Candidate must possess excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication, independent judgment, and problem-solving skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products, BoardPaq, and other relevant software programs along with a willingness to learn new programs to support efficient office and healthcare operations. Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and work independently.
