Valley Birthplace at AVH Adds New Lullaby Service
The Valley Birthplace at AVH is excited to announce the addition of a new Lullaby service for all babies born at Androscoggin Valley Hospital. Whenever a new baby is born, the parents or big brother or sister will press a special button which will play a beautiful lullaby over the Hospital’s intercom system for all patients, staff, and visitors to hear. AVH is thankful for this new service made possible through the financial support of the AVH Auxiliary.
Shown pressing the button is Ryder Valliere, age 17 months, with his Dad Anthony, to welcome his new baby sister, Ella Irene, born on February 19. Mom Natalie Valliere is a Registered Nurse in the Valley Birthplace at AVH.
For more information about this new service, please call Deborah Alonzo, RN, Clinical Coordinator, Women’s Services, at 603.326.5885. Androscoggin Valley Hospital is a proud member of North Country Healthcare. Visit AVH on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest.
